Originally, order placed for the supply of a phone battery. This one turned out to be defective (made the phone crash badly, and did not hold the charge). Back to customer service, forced to go through a credit and not a refund (I did not want the exchange given the quality of the 1st model of battery), customer service certainly fast, but then ... of a complicated ... Didn't understand my simple request to issue a credit note (and the terms), many unnecessary exchanges, approximate, error on the amount of the credit note. Quite painful in the end.
