I really like Mike's training, which is very comprehensive. He goes over everything in detail, every step of the way. Every situation is covered, and if it isn't, there's coaching and the community at your disposal. I'm just starting out, but I've seen clear progress: the number of matches has clearly increased, and the matches I'm doing are of much better quality than if I'd done it on my own. I recently had a date that was beyond my expectations as a beginner. There's no magic formula. It's a method that adapts to each individual's personality. Of course, you can't expect to find the girl of your dreams just by spending a few hours on her. It's a real job that takes several weeks/months to complete, but Mike and his team continually push us to take action, to follow clear coaching steps. Sometimes it can feel like you've got too much to take on, and that you're particularly bad at it, but Mike pushes you to excellence, which makes it very easy once you're in a meeting. The online group community is also top-notch. I love the monthly lunches, which have a great atmosphere. There are no guys with overinflated egos. It's a healthy men's group where everyone supports each other through thick and thin.

At first, I found it hard to believe and wondered where this strange character was coming from. Mike is a peculiar, outspoken character, and it's true that the things he says sometimes seem huge and unattainable. At least that's what I thought at first. I found it hard to believe. To think that I could go from zero to several meetings seemed impossible, but the examples I saw showed me otherwise. Like many men in their thirties, I've just gone through a painful divorce that literally destroyed whatever confidence I had left. In less than 1 month with the abondance program, I've gone from 5 matches of low quality.Of course, it doesn't stop at the match: I still have to "convert" the match into a proper date, something I'd never done before (dating apps didn't exist 10 years ago). So I was coached by Yannick (one of the team's coaches), and very quickly I got my 1st date with a very pretty woman of my age!
