Hi, sorry for the problem. Complete bike brands rarely use grease for the assembly of 8-spline cranksets, especially if the bearings are sealed (and therefore already greased inside). Slight squeaking may therefore occur after a few uses. Simply grease the axle when you overhaul the bike to eliminate this noise. Hello Bryan! Thanks for this opinion 🙂 It can indeed happen that the handlebars are not perpendicular to the front wheel once mounted. It's hard to adjust it before shipping since you have to mount the handlebars and therefore leave some marks (which is not to everyone's liking). But in general, nothing is complicated: You just have to take a 6mm allen key, loosen the 2 screws at the back of the stem, turn the handlebars so that they are perpendicular to the front wheel, then tighten the same screws 🙂 It takes 1min.
