This is a nice bowl that surprised me with its imposing dimensions and its weight of 461g certified on my high-tech culinary scale. ?? On the picture, it looks smaller. In reality, it has a diameter of 12cm and a height of 5cm. Its frequency is 622Hz. The strike on the high edge of the bowl produces a D sharp favorable to the sacral chakra. The one of the emotions. Its frequency is 582Hz. You can check this with any guitar tuner app... Its singing in E therefore radiates mainly in the solar chakra, in the center of the chest. This is the center of self-confidence and the ability to radiate loving energy around you. Coool! It vibrates and sings well. The recording does not do it justice, especially since my position is not adequate. I sing it almost blindly because I am on the other side of the tablet that films. The mantra "Om mani padme hum" is engraved in the center and it is also written in Tibetan inside and outside the bowl.
