Clear site, fast shipping. However, not a word in the envelope. It's a shame. But I suppose that with the holidays approaching it must be a bit complicated. concerning the Pendulum of thot: The pendulum is not exactly as on the picture. It is "bigger" or "wider" and the top collar is almost not there. I also have the feeling that the "hole" through which the string passes is not centered. I understand that the work is handcrafted so maybe a picture = 1 pendulum is needed. I hesitate to return it.

Good product but disappointed with the packaging. I received the product in a plastic envelope even though I had chosen this product because it had a cardboard packaging and the ecological aspect was emphasized.
