It is beautiful and it makes me feel good .... I bought it to make me feel good but I thought it could help my 7 year old daughter who always has a hard time falling asleep. The sound of the bowl soothes me even when I use it for others.My sister used it on me recently to help me get out my dark thoughts and I cried, cried, cried .....
