The wines of D'aupilhac gris and rosé were not well described on the site. They are very bitter. The bitterness may appeal to some customers. You should have pointed this out.

Dear Sir, Aupilhac's gris and rosé are the same wine. But you also wrote that the white was bitter, giving it the same 1/5 rating as the site. That's probably what you wanted to make clear here. It's amazing, we've been selling almost all Sylvain Fadat's vintages (Grand Prix RVF 2021, elected winemaker of the year by all French winemakers) for almost 10 years now, and he's unanimous in terms of quality... in fact, he's one of the most repurchased estates in our selection. We've never had the slightest complaint, apart from the inevitable corked bottles. Two of us tasted it last year (gris) and three this year (blanc), and found no bitterness... but all tastes are natural and we respect your judgment...
