Hello Sir, and thank you for your comment, which I discovered a little late, so I'm sorry my reply is late. Just a point of clarification: Château Pesquié uses an almost identical label for all its wines, but the color changes for each cuvée. It's probably these different labels you're talking about, since you ordered the Terrasses cuvée (burgundy red label) and the Quintessence cuvée, aged in oak barrels, (blue label). The qualities differ, depending on the moment of tasting. The Terrasses cuvée is intended for immediate drinking (but can be kept for a few years without worry), while the Quintessence cuvée is destined for longer cellaring and deserves a little more time to blossom: it will be superb in a few months or years!
