I'd read some mega-positive comments about the team, so I contacted them, figuring they'd be up to the task. After a very detailed email about the specifications of my research, I got a "we can't guarantee that it will work". The part I ordered left the next day, arrived the day after by Chronopost, and corresponded to my expectations (repairing the alternator of a 28-year-old American motorhome). So I made the right choice in this jungle... I really like their site, which allows technical people to cross-reference information on their products (alternator regulator), but I would have loved to have received a phone call or to have had someone show me that they were interested in my problem. Next time... I never give my opinion, but here's a good slice of bread that I hope will help you. Site recommended with eyes closed all the same!
