Reliable shop, occured an issue with the quality of an item, the manager under name Benoit fixed it with dignity and without any vaste of time-n-nerves, the new one item came very fast and really of much better quality. Both were after-market rubber straps to the watches, origins for sure from 3-rd side production.

This is the best strap company by far. I have a lot of watches that need straps and they have never failed in their end product. But that is not the reason I give it a five star rating.
