Love my new strap, these really are comparable to or better than the OEM straps. Great service, quick delivery, pricing is spot on and it comes very nicely presented but at the same time in sustainable packaging. Watch lovers will appreciate the quality and attention to detail. I understand there is a long lead time for a handmade product but I was told that the item would arrive by a certain date but it did not. Then, the strap came without plots which made it completely unusable. I am working with customer service on a solution but it has already taken a week and I do not yet have a resolution. Paying $800+ for a product that is unusable and for expedited shipping is frustrating when I now have to wait many months to use the product. At this point, I really just want a refund and to move on.I appreciate the help in resolving this in short order.Thanks,Cory

Leather strap was hand made very good and customer service was polite. Just needed to be a bit more clear on dispatch and delivery and I ask for some assistance on fitting the strap but I got no reply. I was compensated with an extra tool peace for the delay which I was very thank ful for.

Fluctuating quality concerning the leather. Errors in production are relatively frequent (2 times on 5 straps). One time the error was swiftly corrected and a new strap was sent. Next time the shop doesn't even send a reply.

Order took a fairly long time to fulfil - around 5 weeks from ordering to delivery.The goods arrived in good condition although the watch strap I had ordered was noticeably thinner than the strap currently on the watch and for the price paid I would expect a thicker, more substantial feel. The quality of the leather appears to be good though and the strap is well made otherwise. The buckle ordered had been fitted to the strap which was good as it saved me fitting it myself.
