Ordered a watch strap with express delivery. Was told it had been shipped. Strap never arrived. Emailed several times and finally received a reply stating that I would be refunded express delivery and they would reship. Emailed countless times and tried calling. No reply. No strap. The order was placed over 3 months ago now!! If you must use these people ensure you pay by credit card so you stand half a chance of getting your money back if (when) they screw up and refuse to return any correspondence.

I bought a strap February the 4th.The strap was in stock so to receive it faster I paid for the FAST shipping 1-5 days.On February the 6. I got an email with a tracking number. 10 days later February 16th I received the strap! 12 days after I ordered and paid the strap.In the meantime I have sent 2 emails asking about what's going on! But NO REPLY.The strap quality is ok but the service sucks big time and I still haven't heard anything on why I have paid more for a fast shipment I didn't get ??????

I ordered a strap that was already in stock and I chose the fast shipping method 1-5 days.After 4 days I receive a email where it said it was ready to ship, now it has been 10 since I made the order and still no strap.I have tried to contact abp concept but no reply.The shipping agency tracking system is showing the strap is on it way.Very POOR response I'm not in any way satisfied with ABP CONCEPT

Only part of my order was fulfilled. I ordered a black strap for my Rolex 214270 with a universal glide-lock clasp as I don't want to take my bracelet apart. However, only the strap arrived and no clasp in the package. So I now have to go through the hassle of returning everything and initiating a refund on my credit card. A very annoying and frustrating experience.

Fantastic quality watch strap in alligator. Reasonably quick delivery without any delays in customs to USA. I needed an unusual size that was hard to find on other sites, but was no problem for ABP. I will definitely be ordering from ABP again if I want one of the best made straps in the world.

Quality of the leather, choice of options, compliance with order specifications, delivery times and communication: everything was right for this first order. Admittedly, quality comes at a price, but as with B***tta's latest model, "price is forgotten, quality remains". Answer time on e-mails is a little bit long sometimes. Asked for a picture of the complete hide- the configuration picture wasn't meaningful enough. Received some pictures of a great hide and ordered on this base- in the end I got a strap which was definitely different colour- nice too- but not what I ordered. I wrote a email to ask if they took the wrong hide- the answer was, that the colour on this specification changed some months ago!? So why did I get pictures of a hide/colour that wasn't nearly the same for months???
