Hello Mr Chevalier, thank you for your loyalty, your comment and your rating (despite the problem you rated 4/5). Plastic envelopes have been replacing cardboard since mid-February. However, these envelopes are standard and standardized, adapted to this type of use. They are fairly resistant to tearing; it's likely that the incident that perforated the sleeve - which must have been quite sharp - would have perforated the cardboard in the same way. We are sorry that the product arrived damaged. Where is the perforation? If the perforation is on the decorative side, we can exchange the damaged part. If it's on the reverse side, we can send you a small "patch" to repair it and prevent the hole from getting bigger. Best regards. The adjust after-sales service.
