1: Thank you for your feedback. Regarding the seat, it is sloped, and its thin side then leads to the original seat, ideally in continuity. Perhaps some seats are less 'receptive'? You also acknowledged the sensitivity of the person for whom the equipment was intended ('unfortunately very sensitive due to health issues') and we agreed on a return and refund. The seat slips, the side cushions aren't firm enough and the packaging isn't suitable: cardboard in a sorry state, fortunately the product wasn't affected. It's a shame, especially as the price is quite high. I know that for the seat, it would fit well with the back part. If this part is necessary, why offer the seat without the back?
