Although Adjust made it possible to go from horrible to just uncomfortable, it unfortunately wasn't enough to solve the incompatibility of my body and the seat (torture, 30 min drive = folded for 3 days) of my new car (207). Concerns lumbar cushion + seat I agree that it's effective, after 3 hours on the road I no longer have any stiffness or pain in my lumbar region, and the whole thing is quite comfortable. I slid my bladder down my back and inflated it very little.
The downside is that I didn't manage to fit the seat support band between the backrest and the seat of my sandero, which means that the seat tends to slip when getting in and out of the vehicle.
