Hello, The buying experience itself is very good but the delivery is not. A deliveryman dropped off the parcel at a relay several km away, even though the delivery was scheduled to be made to the house where there is someone on duty at all times. I waited a whole day for the parcel, in agreement with the GLS deliveryman. The deliveryman didn't come and said he had dropped the parcel off at a relay point. However, the parcel was not dropped off at the relay point where I went for nothing. Scandalous. I'm going to advise against GLS on all sites, and Air & Me as well, since you associate your deliveries with these crooks!
