Satisfied with my purchase. The dehumidifier works properly despite a few minor problems with the continuous drain hose. I had to tilt it slightly to channel the water to the hose. Just two little tips: The mondial relais tracking number displayed on the air&me customer area was not in the 8-digit format recognized for tracking on the mondial relais site (but recognized by the parcelapp site) and I would also recommend displaying the times when customer service can be reached by phone.
