The after-sales service for blueair sense+ and blueair aware does not know its products. The tone used in the messages is incandescent. I felt like I was being treated like a moron. AirNaturel seems to be the SAV France for the blue Air brand, because my support request was sent via the Blueair Friend application, and it was airnaturel who replied to my message.
The purchase process and delivery went smoothly. I urge you to listen to your customers better and not assume that they are stupid. As it is, if it's possible for you to order from another retailer, or to access Blueair support directly in Sweden, move on. If you have no choice... here's a customer's opinion, uncensored.
