In view of the enormous difficulties encountered with DPD Narbonne (e.g. supposedly delivered parcel when it was delivered about 30 km from where I live, also supposedly the deliveryman couldn't find the street when it had been there for centuries, etc.), I ordered by telephone and the parcel arrived by Colissimo ahead of time and in very good condition.
