Following the reception of my order which does not correspond to what I wished, I first received a total credit of 19.01, then in another email, I am asked to return the order at my expense and a compensation of 5.99. I am used to ordering online on other sites, this is the first time this has happened. I will never order from AMMERLAAN again.

However, you didn't quite understand that the 5.99 is the amount that will be reimbursed to you when you return your items. The maximum 20% return charge is applied depending on the resale status of the items. This is clearly indicated in the C.G.V. You have ordered 2 "Point de rupture for Litzclips Safety Link (12x)" for a total amount of 6.24 HT You have not read the Description of the product you have ordered (this is not an error on our part) and then you want me to reimburse you for the items, shipping costs and return shipping costs, sorry but I do not accept to pay 20 shipping costs, packaging costs and time spent, for an error for which we are not responsible. Hello, delivery went very well, but yesterday I tried the product I ordered and it seems to be faulty. It concerns the Technobase 2 CB syringes, and the pistons are dustproof, which seems to me to come from the cream-colored part whose drain is clogged by the hardened product.
