Products poorly packaged, promised glass towel not supplied. The "Ponte Vecchio" table runner does not conform at all to the item displayed: "gilding intensified by a flamboyant red" and visible on the site as such becomes a dull garnet with a beige/sandy lap, absolutely neither gilded nor flamboyant as promised on the images and item description. Very disappointed.

I have not yet received my coli and no information from dpd. This non-delivery is unsatisfactory. Please use another service in the future and not dpd to send products to Germany. C.G. Stuttgart 0 stars - but this is dpd's fault...!!!!

I wrote twice, and got almost stupid replies. I call back, place my order 2 days before Black Friday, without asking for rush delivery. I receive my order at price 100, and the next day I receive an offer at a discounted price of 80!!! In normal commerce, we ask the customer if he wants to wait 48 hours to get a lower price... In February, I received two tablecloths. Strawberry pattern. I was not expecting them to be "coated" I have not used them as they are really not appropriate for inside use. when the warmer weather comes, I will use them outdoors. I will let you know how I rate them then. Thank you KDoyle
