We would like to inform you that our product was designed to be an entry-level option for a rather young audience, children or teenagers for whom it is the first in-car camera. Because of this positioning, it has a single microphone in mono audio which is usually sufficient to meet the needs of these users.

That being said, we understand that this may be a disadvantage for some customers who are looking for higher sound quality. That is why we offer other Camboxes in our range with technical features that allow for even better sound and image performance.

Customer service has been fantastic. Despite the time difference is they get back to us quickly and accurately. I have been unable to figure out how to get the camera to work until I noticed that there was no SD card in it. The camera I Purchased does not come with an SD card. I’m getting one today.
