Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that the Cambox Junior does not meet your expectations in terms of sound quality. We would like to inform you that our product was designed to be an entry-level option for a rather young audience, children or teenagers for whom it is the first in-car camera. Because of this positioning, it has a single microphone in mono audio which is usually sufficient to meet the needs of these users.

That being said, we understand that this may be a disadvantage for some customers who are looking for higher sound quality. That is why we offer other Camboxes in our range with technical features that allow for even better sound and image performance.

As explained today and noted with you, your phone dates from 2017 and Android no longer provides updates for your smartphone model.
Our application, compatible from Android 8.1, will indeed not be offered to you in the Play Store due to the Android 8.0 version of your phone.
I'm sorry for your feeling, but with a 2017 phone you won't have access to most of the recent apps offered on the market.

I ordered a cambox v4 pro, at the reception the microphone was crackling, I sent it back, after 1 month they sent it back to me but it still crackles. Since I had placed another order, they did not charge me for the delivery. (Because they charge for the return of the camera) But I'm going to keep the camera that crackles. I'm going to switch to Go pro to have better sound and image

We are sorry to hear that your sizzling problem persists. We have exchanged your camera for a new one and we tested it before sending it back, and it did not have any defect. This sizzling can potentially come from your media on which the videos are played.

Regarding the return of the camera, it is not charged if the camera is under warranty. We charge for the return when the products are no longer under warranty.

My rating is for the way I was conned to buy the Black Friday Bundle. when I searched for the individual item (camera) the page couldn't be found 404 came up... the only way I could find it was with the bundle which cost and extra £50. Not happy.
