I've been ordering from the site for three years now, and I've never had a problem! including one that could have happened, but they were quick to reassure and help me. I had pre-ordered a figurine for June 2023. But it never arrived. I contacted the company in February to ask for an explanation after seeing one of their competitors selling the figurine I wanted at the convention. I understood that the problem was with the supplier and not with them, so I remained understanding and continued to wait.After 3 weeks of waiting, I still hadn't received the reimbursement, so I contacted them again, they reassured me and I waited again. I finally contacted them by email a week later, to express my concern at not having received anything. They quickly replied, reassuring me again, and within a few hours my refund arrived. Three years of loyalty and they know how to give it back, once again a huge thank you to them!
