The 3 stars correspond to the lack of protection in the parcels. I ordered 22 figurines, which arrived with a few air bubbles here and there, but no real protection. The box had 4 holes made during transport and some boxes suffered from the lack of bubble wrap for example. Apart from that, everything was perfect and I recommend it.

A very good experience, as usual, with Chibi Akihabara! The parcel was sent with care and protection, despite being relatively badly treated by the post office (thanks to the figurine's over-carton), which not only refused to reschedule my delivery, but also showed exemplary rigidity towards a relative of mine who tried unsuccessfully to collect my parcel on my behalf, providing all the supporting documents (ID card, delivery notice, parcel tracking, etc.), I'm not sure that this will make much difference, given the rigor of the delivery drivers of the major carriers (UPS and TNT, subcontractors of FeDex in particular), but it might be an interesting suggestion to consider alternative deliveries to those offered by La Poste (if possible at a later date), especially for those who, like me, have to deal with an unpleasant post office ...
