Product conforms, but the waiting time is extremely long, even though the "Itachi Dioramatic" figurine has been available since June in certain specialized stores such as manga story in Paris. And the figurine had been pre-ordered since the end of February for delivery at the beginning of August. What's more, the figurine's box was damaged because there's large bubble wrap on one part but not all around the figurine's box in the carton, so with the carrier(s) there's bound to be a lot of damage - in short, I was disappointed with the waiting time and the packaging of the box.

I removed 2* because of the DPD delivery. I asked for home delivery and was at home waiting for the parcel. The delivery man didn't come and dropped the parcel off at the point relais. Imagine if I didn't have a car... Otherwise for the site Chibi is very good, ordered on 20/07 received on 22/07, it's great. Can't wait to place another order. It would be great if I could change the delivery service.
