I pre-ordered 2 figurines from them in November 2022. Receipt by the suppliers took longer than initially expected, but that's a hiccup that happens when you pre-order! During the wait, I contacted the team twice and they got back to me very quickly. As soon as my order was prepared, the delivery time was exactly as advertised (2 days). Parcel well prepared and well received!

I recommend Chibi Akihabara 100%. I made a pre-order in November and despite the delay in arriving at the depot I always got very quick responses to all my requests. This was the 1st time I'd ordered a figurine as a gift, and they were really able to reassure me about my order. Yesterday I picked up my order, the figurine is magnificent, it really made someone happy. The packaging was top-notch, and if I have to order again, I'll definitely use this site.

1 Item was unavailable: but as payment was made = choice between another item or a voucher (valid only for 1 year, which was not specified when the choice was made): I don't like this practice because I don't necessarily want or need to buy again. No refund possible even though the item was marked available at the time of ordering!
