An article was posted on our forum explaining the delivery delays. No matter how hard we try to contact our suppliers, we cannot send packages with nothing in them simply to respect the dates, which are only indicative. You have the option of returning it to us (at your expense and in its original boxes) and requesting a refund, bearing in mind that we are resellers and not manufacturers. We have no control over the products leaving the factory. Defects on the figurine are not our fault and are sadly common on Banpresto/Bandai Spirits products.

The only parts that usually need to be assembled with Banpresto figures are the head and the rod to hold it in place. Most of this manufacturer's figures are like this. They require a minimum of assembly, which doesn't require much handling. You also have the option of returning the product to us (at your expense) in its original cardboard box for a refund if you are dissatisfied.
