Completely satisfied. Package received a day early. There were even two mini matcha kat kits as gifts with my order. The kind of small gesture that makes you happy. A little bonus: points are offered that can be accumulated for future orders. When I went to pick up my parcel at the relay point, I received an e-mail telling me that my points had been validated. When I placed my order, I was given a 10% discount code thanks to a friend of mine, and it looks like there are regular special offers, so what more could you ask for? ^^ Everything was taken care of. Really a good first experience! I'll be ordering again without hesitation. 🙂 And if I may say so, nothing to do with manga story, which is a real disaster when it comes to deliveries (no email for several days, no information, 1 week late but payment deducted, no commercial gesture following the inconvenience, etc.). ) With Chibi Akihabara, at least I know I can order without worrying! The products I ordered arrived fairly quickly and well packaged, however I'm only giving 4 stars because I had a problem with my original order, the figurine I had ordered was withdrawn from the site (probably due to the lack of information given by the supplier regarding the release date) and I wasn't informed. I think an email update on this type of incident would be good, it reinforces the trust between customer and seller (we have less the impression that the seller does things behind our back). I was entitled to a credit note, and customer service replied within two days, so that's a good point too.
