Very disappointed compared to the ratings on this site. You don't need to have a problem with the order because the after-sales service sucks. It's easy to come and criticize our customer service without giving away your concerns. After checking your order reference, we've noticed that YOU refuse the procedure for changing figurines. This procedure is required by our supplier in order to replace the product. We've also offered you the alternative of returning the product to us, but to date we've had no response from you. It's up to you if you prefer to believe sites or forums where there are only negative reviews of our company, rather than a site like Truspilot with 1,227 and a verified company flag.
