HelloProduct data sheets are generally available to customers, allowing them to see the pre-order dates. When the product sheet is deactivated, the customer can easily contact us to ask for the date. Unfortunately, we sometimes don't have precise new dates from the supplier, hence the "awaiting supplier delivery" mention.
