HelloWe are sorry to hear that you are disappointed with your product. You have ordered a Midoriya Izuku The Amazing Heroes Vol.13 figure. The only parts that usually need to be assembled with Banpresto figures are the head and the rod to hold it in place. Most of this manufacturer's figures are like this. They require a minimum of assembly, which doesn't require much handling. You also have the option of returning the product to us (at your expense) in its original cardboard box for a refund if you are dissatisfied. To give us two stars for a product that requires little assembly proves your extreme disappointment. We hope, however, that the service provided for your order has met your expectations. Best regards
