After the credit card was charged, confirmation email was sent with passcode section saying ERROR. Contacted emergency phone number but got auto-reply and cut off. This was Thursday afternoon, normal working hours. I was not able to use the locker at all, and still the card was charged. Extremely frustrated with the experience.no star.

Bonjour,

sorry for the problem you have had.
When you place your booking someone else was doing in the same time and we only have 1 locker left.
The payment of the other one reach first our system and give them the locker. We have send you mail right away and make the refund int the same time.
We are of course so sorry for that but those are things that can happened.
