The parcel was supposedly dispatched when it wasn't, because there was a problem with the supplier of one of the products ordered, which no longer exists and yet is present on the site (snake venom serum). I found this out when I contacted customer service, because I still hadn't received my order. To this day, I still haven't received it (order placed on 6/02/24). Great, especially as I paid for delivery in a relay point within 3-4 days. This is the 2nd time I've had a delivery problem, last summer I had to wait over 1 month despite several reminders to customer service. I've been a customer for years, and I don't understand what's been happening lately. It's a shame, the products are very good.
