We received a frying pan with defects (stain approx. 10cm grey with stars +1 black stripe running across the bottom of the pan. We contacted the service department twice. They got back to us asking for clarification, then nothing. This does not correspond to the TV report, where the slightest stain would send the pan to the scrap heap!!!!
