I don't understand why the place to put the rubber band has been glued, because it's a pain to put and recover the steel wire, especially when it's a telescopic kit, as they're not usually glued.

Not disappointed by the products ordered but disappointed because I was not warned of the arrival of the parcel at the relay point. After phoning you, the person I spoke to told me that this was normal as I had chosen the cheapest delivery option, so there was a longer delay. For the record, I didn't choose any carrier because the price of my order meant free delivery. What's more, there's no tracking number, which is a real shame! However, I will certainly recommend other items but next time it would be nice to have a faster delivery. 5 days with only 1h30 drive separating us is a lot.
