The order took over a fortnight to arrive. In the end, I had to send part of it back because the timbao was dented. This was unfortunate, especially as I wanted to use a regional store and avoid ordering via Thomann or Woodbrass. I'm still waiting for my money back.

You placed an order for several items, two of which were unfortunately out of stock. We informed you of the additional delay this would entail. Therefore, I do not understand the source of your dissatisfaction since you were informed of this situation.

You received the timba damaged in transit, for which we are truly sorry. Unfortunately, this type of incident is beyond our control.

We've been shipping orders for 25 years and, despite our experience, problems with transport or item availability do occur. It happens, even with Thomann or Woodbrass, who had no stock available for timba. It's important not to jump to conclusions that don't reflect the day-to-day reality of a small company like ours.

At first it was very difficult to order via the site because the order page was not scrolling and this is not a story of personal Internet connection it is a question of server layout . The parcel arrived but the product itself was really very bad I bought a quadruple Jew's harp and 3D Jew's harp doesn't work and they were completely almost folded so damaged I confess that really I have the laziness to return them to you but I lost 30 euros I'm not sure to recommend a product from you sorry .
