Hello, I bought some hair strands on the website and realized that the color didn't match the picture on the site. The lady explained that it was because I had made a mistake in the selection process. She explains how I should have done it, and then I realize that the way we select on the site is not really intuitive for us consumers. I thanked her kindly and explained that unfortunately it was a mistake on their part and that I'd like a refund. The lady kindly accepts, but unfortunately I'll have to pay the return postage. Honestly, I'm not by 5€ but commercially it's really not ok. I'm a shopkeeper myself, and when a customer makes this kind of return, we give them a full refund without trying to fight it out, and we do what's necessary on the site. I'd still like to point out that the same lady contacted me before sending my delivery to let me know that the size I'd chosen was no longer available, and I thought that was a good business move on her part. It would have been nice to extend this customer experience, but I don't agree that I should have to pay for shipping when it's their site that's not ok. And please don't give me the "sorry I couldn't satisfy you blah blah blah" line, because if you could have but didn't want to, that's different. So no, I obviously wouldn't recommend this store.

It's been almost 2 weeks since I ordered and I still haven't received my order, supposed to arrive in 3 days according to their shipping policy ☺️. It also says on their website: "Orders placed will be dispatched on the next working day." I ordered on Monday, the order only being sent on Friday following an Instagram comment from me, otherwise I think I might have waited a long time or not received it at all. This is my worst experience with an online store quite honestly.

Color 374 won't bleach your hair, because it's copper brown, not blonde. However, the color can be altered depending on the color you had on your hair before having it done. Some colors are not compatible with others.

My order had 2 items with shipping costs that I had optimized since it is a fixed amount. Ethnilink deleted one of the 2 items and refunded me and sent my order with only one item without asking me. I thus paid exorbitant shipping costs for a single item. If I had had a choice I would have cancelled my order before it was shipped. I will not order from this site again.
