We are delighted that the products you ordered (magnetic tree board, magnetic heart board and magnetic tape) meet your expectations and that you like the colors! Concerning the repositionable adhesive, we advise you to use a hair dryer to remove it. The procedure is very simple: heat the material at a distance of about 15/20cm, this allows the adhesive to reactivate and to peel it off gently, staying close to the wall and not pulling it towards you. Remember to keep the protective film of the adhesive to be able to store your magnetic tree board for next year. Indeed, if the adhesive gets dusty, it will be difficult to stick it back on again. Roll up your tree on the black side outside to put it back in its box and keep it warm for next year.
