Support very little magnetized, so you can not hang anything on it: nothing holds. And it's written in the description that you can take it off and put it back on somewhere else, but if you take it off, it tears the paint off the wall, so very very disappointing!

I am sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your purchase. We know that unfortunately we can't satisfy everyone, but when we receive this kind of feedback it disappoints us a lot because we care about making people happy to decorate their homes with Ferflex® 🤗. I'm surprised to read that "nothing fits."
. What types of magnets do you want to display on your My Town magnetic board? We make sure that the distribution of ferrous particles is identical and homogeneous in order to offer a support that allows to display all types of magnets. In general, customers are satisfied with the magnetic power of our products, which is relatively strong. Could you send me a picture of your magnetic board with the magnets that do not fit at [email protected]?

All of our magnetic boards come with a repositionable adhesive for quick and easy installation. This adhesive allows you to gently remove your board if you want to change its place. Be careful, our supports are not made to be moved regularly. Depending on the quality of the walls and paintings, it is possible that small pieces of paint remain attached to the adhesive (like on a piece of tape or paste that has been left on a wall for a long time). This usually happens on walls that have had many coats of paint or that have not had a primer applied. Is this the case with your wall?

If I take your words "Fun and practical for children's decoration" perfectly summarize our concept of magnetic board 🤗 Regarding the price that you find "a little high", I hear it however, we think we propose a fair price considering that all our magnetic boards are delivered in kit with the magnetic board + 8 round white magnets to display drawings, photos and a lot of 53 geometric shapes to have fun, imagine shapes. The material of our boards is very resistant over time. Perhaps you were expecting a rigid metal product? Our boards are flexible and fit any smooth surface without having to make holes 😉

Our magnets have been tested by children and have had good results regarding strength. If you encounter any particular problem, I invite you to email us at [email protected] with photos so we can answer your questions.

When we created the brand with Martin, we wanted the product to be ready to use: easy to install without the need for tools.. and with a set of magnets to be able to play on the board just installed.

Concerning the repositioning, our products are made to evolve with the child. You will find on our Youtube channel videos to gently remove the magnetic boards without damaging the wall provided that it is clean and healthy as the paint on the wall.
