Camille, we're sorry that your paper was damaged and that the box was not properly protected. However, you should know that we sent you 1000 A3 sheets instead of the 500 A3 sheets ordered. In conclusion, if 1/3 of the sheets are unusable, you must have 700 good sheets left. Naturally, we'll be taking steps to prevent this from happening again. Very mixed experience. Concerning the cards, the parcel arrived damaged on the outside but not on the inside. Good color impression, but they look a bit thin to me after aging. The booklets failed to meet a major quality criterion, despite weeks of exchanges and having specified this in writing and verbally 3 times. Clearly a disappointment to see all the work put into the layout of the map descriptions shifted and not respected. No reaction to the quality defect on receipt.

I am very disappointed! Not because of the quality, but because of the lack of professionalism. My order was damaged and I lost a lot because the packaging wasn't strong enough. I've been waiting for a solution for a month and a half now, and the after-sales service has been silent: I wouldn't recommend it.
