Hello, Your parcel was weighed twice at 3 kg in the post office sorting centers. A first time when we dropped it off and a 2nd time in the last sorting center before distribution. When we run the simulation again with the products, we get a weight of 2.82 kg (without box/packing/accessories). According to the photos you sent us, there is no visible breakage on the carton.
