A very delayed delivery. 9 days to arrive... Unfortunately, the address provided was not fully transcribed by the service provider, so the parcel remained in the depot for 4 days. No sms or info given by the deliverer to report the delay or delivery difficulties encountered.

Hello, Some of the holes configured did not meet the technical constraints of laser cutting. The hole diameters were smaller than the thickness of the part's sheet metal. As for the contours of the part, the lack of precision stems from the ratio between the highly detailed contours and the considerable thickness. Our customer service department has contacted you.

The Dpd delivery service is, as usual, very disappointing. A large claw across the part on one side, but as I placed this side inside the obget I'd made (locking stop for a gate), it didn't really bother me. The part was small (less than 200 mm long), so maybe that's why it got caught, perhaps by the robot during cutting?
