The order received does not conform to the drawing. The laser has pointed to the center of the cutout, according to customer service, which leaves the customer in the lurch when a problem is indicated. Hello, Technically speaking, we can't make cuts smaller than 0.8 times the sheet thickness. You had numerous 4 mm diameter holes on an 8 mm thick sheet. We've pointed them out to you so that you can repeat them later. Have a nice day.
