There's nothing wrong with the work done by John Steel. On the other hand, the choice of service provider for delivery to a private customer was deplorable. DHL lost the first shipment. The second shipment, prepared by John Steel, took a week to arrive, as DHL does not deliver to relay points and requires a signature. DHL didn't understand that I wasn't at home during the day... 🙁

I ordered a 3 mm thick rectangular aluminium plate, which I received promptly, and I was happy to go and place it, but I noticed that the piece was not flat, the 2 sides were raised...I contacted the after-sales service, which explained that this was the result of the laser cutting and that I should have used a thicker plate IT'S WRITTEN NOWHERE ON THE SITE since then no more news.
