This is not my first order as I have always been satisfied with the quality of the products. Today, however, I'm disappointed by the delivery, and for once it's not the carrier's fault. The address on the dispatch note was incomplete, so I had to collect my order from the dpd depot.

Bugs in their application make a 50cm part appear to be 16cm. bug reported. responsiveness on the phone. the part you receive doesn't match your file because they kept the draft file instead of the one sent. phone call back. they're right, i'm wrong, i send the correspondence emails, no more return. we have a part that doesn't match what we wanted.

This metal is not recommended if the surface is to be scratch-free. It would be preferable to opt for a metal protected by a PVC film, such as the brushed stainless steel you ordered earlier. I ordered 6 steel plates to make tables (over 500 euros per order). Fast, impeccable delivery of 2 parcels by DHL. The only problem is that the first plate in each parcel is badly damaged with large scratches (1/2 mm deep), probably caused by mishandling. John doesn't care, even with photos... Shameful
