I have to admit that at first, I was a little reluctant to use this group to order a part for my 3D printer. The technical department helped me finalize my order. I was also a little worried about final deformation in transit. My part arrived perfectly protected in its packaging. It corresponds in every way to my expectations and to my drawing (from a dimensional point of view). The prices are perfectly competitive and reasonable. If I had to do another part tomorrow, I'd definitely come back to them. I'd definitely recommend them.

We do our best to ensure follow-up, even if it means contacting the warehouses directly. Occasionally, difficulties may arise, such as roadworks, loss or damage to storage facilities.... these are all possibilities, as with any parcel sent by us or any other entity. We have recorded less than 1% of this type of case, out of all our shipments over more than a year. Unfortunately, it still happens.
