Su pedido salió al día siguiente de su pedido, el transporte tardó una semana para la entrega desde Francia a España incluido el fin de semana. En cuanto al color, de hecho indicamos "cobre", lo que puede dar lugar a confusión. Reemplazaremos el término "Cobre" por "Marrón". El material no está pintado, es plástico vegetal impreso en 3D. Si desea que le reembolsemos la lámpara, no hay problema. Nos disculpamos por este inconveniente y haremos los cambios necesarios. Atentamente. El equipo Kartlight.

We are very satisfied with the lamps. Easy to operate and good lighting. Only caveat is that you should remove the French VAT when shipping outside of France. In fact, I had to pay Swiss VAT on top of the VAT you include in your pricing.

The battery fixing system has been studied and there are so many different cases that we haven't found a universal solution.
