The order was delivered later than planned. The light colour is not Cober at all but a painting closer to brown which is not nice for my art frame

Gracias por su opinión. Lamentamos que el tiempo de entrega sea largo. Su pedido salió al día siguiente de su pedido, el transporte tardó una semana para la entrega desde Francia a España incluido el fin de semana. En cuanto al color, de hecho indicamos "cobre", lo que puede dar lugar a confusión. Reemplazaremos el término "Cobre" por "Marrón". El material no está pintado, es plástico vegetal impreso en 3D. Si desea que le reembolsemos la lámpara, no hay problema. Nos disculpamos por este inconveniente y haremos los cambios necesarios. Atentamente. El equipo Kartlight.

Hello Sir, the battery doesn't have a hooking system so you can place it wherever you like, to the left or to the right of the picture attachment point if it's in the middle. The application can be found in the Apple Store by searching for the keyword "kartlight". If you can't find it, please contact us.

Excellent product quality, but I can't get the app to work. The lamps are correctly paired via Bluetooth, but the app can't find them using the "search" function.
