The site is well designed. I had a doubt about the choice of reference, so I contacted customer service by e-mail. I received a reply within the day. Then for payment by bank transfer (which can take several days), I was contacted the day after the order to tell me that they were waiting for the transfer and would send the FAP as soon as possible. The next day, I received a call to tell me that the transfer had been made and that the FAP was about to be dispatched. It was picked up by dpd on Friday. Having ticked the box for delivery within 24/72 hours, I should have received the part the following Saturday or Monday. However, it was delivered on Tuesday, one day late. I'm not going to complain, as Krosfou is certainly not to blame for the delay. The part arrived with the assembly accessories, in good condition, packed in a large thick plastic bag. A little bubble-wrap or other protection would be appreciated to avoid any possible shocks. If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't hesitate to buy from Krosfou, the prices are attractive (I paid 720 euros when the VAG group was asking 2290 euros for the part alone, I should point out), and the customer service is competent.
